About

Built for landlords who just want clarity.

Nestria is a simple rent ledger for small self-managing landlords. If you own a handful of properties — single lets, an HMO, a student house — and you've been keeping track in spreadsheets, bank statements and your head, Nestria is for you.

Why we built Nestria

Most rent tracking tools are built for letting agents and large portfolios. They come with onboarding calls, per-property fees, compliance modules, maintenance ticketing, and dashboards full of features you'll never use. For a self-managing landlord with two, five or ten properties, that's overkill — and it's expensive.

Nestria is the opposite. One job done well: clear rent tracking. Every tenancy gets a clean ledger. Every payment allocates to the oldest unpaid month. Every tenant has a portal with their own statement. That's it.

Who Nestria is for

  • Self-managing landlords with a small portfolio (typically 2–10 properties).
  • HMO and shared-house landlords who need per-tenant rent tracking under a single property.
  • Student-let landlords whose housemates each pay their own share each month.
  • Anyone who has been muddling through with a spreadsheet and wants something simple, cheap and reliable.

What Nestria isn't

Nestria is not legal or compliance software. It does not give tax advice, handle tenancy deposits, manage gas safety certificates or chase tenants for you. It's not a full property-management platform with maintenance, marketing or accounting modules. We deliberately keep it small.

If you need an enterprise property management platform, Nestria isn't it. If you want a clear rent ledger that respects your time and budget, you're in the right place.

How we build

Nestria is built and run by a small independent team. We add features carefully, keep the product simple, and don't bolt on modules just to raise the price. If you have feedback, we read it.
